By requesting or booking service from Badlands Junk Removal, you agree to the following.
Quotes and pricing
Website prices are ranges. A photo or description quote is an estimate. The final price is confirmed on site before work begins, and we will not start until you agree to it. Dump fees are included in load prices unless stated otherwise. If the amount or type of material differs from what was described, the price may change before we begin.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete, by cash, card, Zelle, or Venmo. Approved commercial accounts may be invoiced on net-15 terms.
Items we cannot take
We do not haul hazardous waste, asbestos, medical waste, bulk wet paint, propane tanks over 5 gallons, or ammunition. Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, tile, and roofing are limited by weight and priced separately. You are responsible for telling us accurately what is in the load.
Access and authority
You confirm that you own the items or have authority to dispose of them, and that we may access the pickup area. Let us know about hazards, pets, and tight access in advance.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. Please give as much notice as you can.
Property and liability
We take reasonable care to protect your property while working. Badlands Junk Removal is licensed and insured. Please tell us about fragile surfaces or items before we start. We are not responsible for damage to items or surfaces that were not disclosed, or for conditions that existed before our work.
Donations and recycling
We donate and recycle where practical. Once items are removed, they become our responsibility to dispose of, donate, or recycle.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
